Walter Batson
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Batson has an astute business sense, a visionary spirit, and a gift for building successful enterprises. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience concerning acquisition strategy and enterprise development to INTERFUZE Corporation. As the co-founder and Chairman of the Board, Mr. Batson is leading the acquisition of several small businesses, with the goal of integrating diverse capabilities and talent in the INTERFUZE portfolio.

Prior to forming INTERFUZE, he was the co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Camber Corporation. Over his 25+ career with Camber Corporation, he led the company from a startup of three to over 2,000 employees with annual revenues approaching $500 million. Part of this growth was from strategic acquisitions and a strategy for diversification of the company that allowed Camber to grow in complex markets. Mr. Batson steered Camber into a 100% ESOP and later, the acquisition by New Mountain Capital. He remained Chairman of the Board until Camber was purchased by Huntington Ingalls Industries in 2016.

Throughout his career, Mr. Batson has been actively engaged in civic and community leadership, with a special passion for the ARC of Madison County, where he serves on their Board. Mr. Batson is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is an avid and life-long fan. In October 2017, he will be inducted into the Bryant Society in recognition of his years of dedication to the University of Alabama.

Rosalie W. AllenPresident

Ms. Allen has a distinguished career in the design and implementation of transformation and growth strategies for enterprise development. With over 30 years of aerospace and defense experience, she is recognized for creating vision, identifying opportunities, developing and delivering high quality products and services, and in achieving organizational goals. As President of INTERFUZE, she reports to the Chairman of the Board and has responsibility for setting the strategic direction, ensuring profitable operations and guiding acquisitions to transform the company’s service offerings. Prior to joining INTERFUZE, Ms. Allen was the Huntsville site executive for Booz Allen and also a member of the Senior Executive Service at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center. She is actively engaged in civic leadership, recently serving as the Chairman of the Board of Huntsville/Madison County Chamber and is a Board officer of the Huntsville Rehabilitation Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and has completed graduate studies at the University of Alabama, Huntsville.

Mr. Baudendistel is an innovative and results-driven leader, focused on achieving exceptional results in highly competitive environments that demand continuous improvement. As Chief Operating Officer of INTERFUZE, he reports to the President and is responsible for the infrastructure of the organization, including accounting and finance, contracts and purchasing, human resources, and information technology. Operations include financial systems and processes, improving productivity, and managing the dynamic change and growth of the company. Prior to joining INTERFUZE, Mr. Baudendistel has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Quality Research, Inc., Director of Corporate Programs at Camber Corporation, and Founder/President of Trilogy Pools, LLC, from which he exited subsequent to selling the business to a strategic, private equity buyer within the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and an MBA from the University of Alabama. Outside of INTERFUZE, Mr. Baudendistel enjoys golf, travel, and college football.

Mr. Faulwetter is Vice President of Corporate Development, where he is responsible for leading the company’s growth, supporting technologies and business development strategy. He leads at the corporate and group levels, business development, capture and bid and proposal management. With more than 20 years of experience, Ray has led large-scale business opportunity pursuits and drove strategy, planning and execution. He has executive responsibility for customer relationship management, expanding the company’s strategic business pipeline, driving growth, and new business acquisition. Prior to INTERFUZE, he served as a Business Development Executive for CSRA, CSC’s North America Public Sector (NPS) Defense and Intelligence Group and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) delivering specialized solutions to government clients, including information technology, system engineering, logistics, C4I, information management, scientific engineering and technical assistance solutions.

As Vice President of Programs, Mr. King manages a variety of contract activities supporting the USACE, MDA, US Army and other commercial customers performing IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering and Technical support. Mr. King has extensive experience in developing proposals responding to strategic targets in support of the growth of INTERFUZE. Prior to INTERFUZE, as GM he managed the NASA METTS (Marshall Engineering Technician and Trades Support) contract at MSFC for Aerie Aerospace. In this capacity, he managed a wide variety of activities supporting the NASA-MSFC mission requirements including calibration, testing, fabrication, and engineering. Additionally, Mr. King served ERC, Inc. for more than 15 years as the Corporate Business Development Director and Program Manager for ERC’s largest engineering and test operations contracts. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Houston and is a Registered Professional Engineer. Outside of INTERFUZE, Mr. King is an active participant in and supporter of the Village of Promise and Therapy Partners, Inc.

Jennifer BlankenshipDirector of Finance and Accounting

Mrs. Blankenship has a distinguished career in the financial reporting, design and implementation of financial standards, processes, and systems for companies. She has over 15 years of experience in financial accounting and auditing in the government sector and commercial environments. As Director of Finance and Accounting at INTERFUZE, she has primary responsibility for all financial reporting, compliance with government contract accounting, and financial oversight of the company. Prior to joining INTERFUZE, Mrs. Blankenship served as the Director of Finance and Accounting at InfoPro Corporation and Trident Technologies. Mrs. Blankenship served as the CFO at The Heart Center and a consultant and auditor at Beason & Nalley P.C. Mrs. Blankenship is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), holds degrees in B.S.B.A in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). She is a member of the ASPCA, AICPA, and the NCMA, and served in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters as Treasurer.

J. Lynn Oakes, IIDirector of Contracts

Mr. Oakes has more than 25 years of experience in contract and pricing management both as a government contracting officer and a commercial contracts manager. He is responsible for procurement and contract activities and supports pre-proposal activities, proposal development, administration and management, and closeouts. Prior to joining INTERFUZE, Mr. Oakes served as the Vice President of Contracts at Camber Corporation and a Vice President in Huntsville, Alabama and Business Unit Director of Contracts at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) both in Huntsville, Alabama and McLean, Virginia. Mr. Oakes’ experience includes Army, Navy, Air Force, DoD, Federal Civilian agencies as well as commercial and international contracts. Mr. Oakes began his career in contracting with the Naval Air Systems Command in 1991, serving as a Contracts Specialist and then a warranted Contracting Officer until 1998. Mr. Oakes achieved DAWIA Level III Certification in 1996 and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from James Madison University. He is active in community outreach and in leadership at Hope Church.

Julia MichauxDirector of Human Resources

Ms. Michaux has extensive experience in Human Resource Administration and Management, with a strong emphasis on employee relations, compliance, and managing growth. She is experienced and knowledgeable in the areas of Human Resources, Accounting, and Facilities Administration. Her broad based knowledge and experience in both the government contractor and manufacturing industry lends itself well to HR needs in today’s contracting environment. Ms. Michaux holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, and previously served in the roles of Senior HR manager at Torch Technologies and as the Deputy Group HR Manager for the CST group at SAIC. Her contributions resulted in recognitions as Best Small and Medium Workplace (Great Places to Work and Fortune Magazine), Best Places to Work in Huntsville/Madison County, The Principal Top 10 Award for Employee Financial Security, The Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics in 2005 and 2015, and numerous other awards during her career.
