Accessibility Notice

LAST UPDATED: MARCH 04, 2025

Our organization is committed to ensuring that our electronic and information technology (EIT) is accessible to individuals with disabilities, in compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. This commitment is reflected in our adherence to the following key principles and practices. By adhering to these principles, we strive to create an inclusive digital environment that provides equal access to information and services for all individuals.

Issues with Accessibility?

If you have trouble accessing any resources or content on our site, please contact us via email and include:

  • The nature of your accessibility problem

  • The URL of the page the inaccessible content was found on

  • The preferred format in which you want to receive any materials

  • Your contact information (email, phone or address)

We will work to ensure you are able to obtain the required information, investigate the reported issue and seek to correct any recurrence of accessibility error going forward.

Accessibility Standards

We ensure that required EIT products and services conform to the Revised 508 Standards, which incorporate the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA success criteria.

Inclusive Design

Our design and development processes prioritize accessibility from the outset. We apply universal design principles to create products that are usable by all individuals, regardless of their abilities.

Testing & Validation

We support rigorous testing of our EIT products to ensure compliance with Section 508 standards. This includes both automated and manual testing methods to identify and address accessibility issues.

Training & Awareness

We provide ongoing training for relevant employees on accessibility best practices and the importance of Section 508 compliance. This ensures that our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to create accessible products.

Feedback & Improvement

We actively seek feedback from users with disabilities to continuously improve the accessibility of our products. We also stay informed about updates to accessibility standards and incorporate them into our practices. As noted above, we will investigate any user-reported issues, in addition to those that are identified internally.
